Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Craven Cottage Stadium – London, England

The USMNT faces Colombia at Craven Cottage on Friday night in West London. The boys are back on the field following two consecutive 1-1 draw’s against Ecuador and Honduras last month. The U.S. went up 1-0 in both matches, and was disappointed to concede late in both as well. Great to see Jozy back on the scoresheet where he belongs in the Honduras match, though there weren’t a ton of good chances to speak of.

The focus switches to Colombia on Friday, where the U.S. will be boosted by what should be somewhat of a home crowd. Fulham, who have been a club home for many USMNT players over the last decade, will surely be swaying the neutrals into Yanks for the evening given the service that our players have provided over the years. McGod, Deuce, Boca and Kasey Keller have all been fan favorites for the Cottagers, as well as youngster Emerson Hyndman who currently plays for the London club but was not selected for the current roster. Here’s the full team:

GK: Brad Guzan, Bill Hamid, Sean Johnson, Nick Rimando
DEF: DaMarcus Beasley, Matt Besler, John Brooks, Geoff Cameron, Timmy Chandler, Greg Garza, Fabian Johnson, Jermaine Jones, DeAndre Yedlin
MID: Kyle Beckerman, Alejandro Bedoya, Mix Diskerud, Julian Green, Alfredo Morales, Lee Nguyen
FOR: Jozy Altidore, Miguel Ibarra, Jordan Morris, Rubio Rubin, Bobby Wood, Chris Wondolowski

Most notable inclusion has to be Lee Nguyen, who makes his first appearance for the national team since 2007. He has been playing some really good ball for New England over the past few seasons, particularly this year. Rubio Rubin is another up-and-comer that has had a great season for Utrecht in Holland. JJ being tossed into the defensive roster spot along with a lot of the WC backline. Greg Garza has looked solid in the past few matches and could be our answer to the LB void.

Another lunchtime kickoff for this one…. Feeling sluggish and needing to leave work early? Perhaps you are having the dreaded #eyetwitch and can’t focus on the computer screen? Whatever the vindication, we fully support it.

You know the drill. Get to the AO bars. Show these boys the love they deserve. (

How do I love thee USMNT? Let me count the ways.

I love thee to the DaMarcus and the Besler and the Hamid.
